Hey Guys,
How is everything going? I am really having a great time here, it is amazing! I haven't really posted lately because I have had a ton of Italian homework and not to mention I have been having a ton of fun.....and, our Internet here is slower than all holy hell. So, what I have done thus far: 2 different beaches (One was called Moltato, and the other was Tarquina, I really liked Moltato because it was a black sand beach and beautiful), gone to the oldest volcanic lake in Europe (Lake Bolsena), gone to a pretty sweet big town called Viterbo. When we went to Viterbo I made my advisor take me clothes shopping so that he could help me try shit on and then taylor the things. But, I am very happy that I am here. Don't get my wrong, I miss all of you a shit ton but to be honest I really wish that it wasn't so damn expensive to come here so all of you guys could come visit. My classes here are going ok, my History (Storia) class is fucking boring, the interesting things about it are we have a lot of field trips to museums. My Italian class is difficult and simple at the same time. For example; the conjugations are simple but pronunciation is hard because I confuse it with spanish, my cooking class is FUCKING AMAZING, I have learned so many good stuff and recipes and it really is the best class I have taken. This weekend I am going to Cinque Terra, they are 5 small fishing islands that are connected and we get to hike them or take the train between each. FINALLY, we actually get to stay in an hotel with a real shower and bed hahaha! I have told many of you but I literally live in a crack house in Italy....everything is broken. But...it's in Italy so I don't really care. It is really sad that I am leaving Tuscania in a two weeks. We have really gotten close with some of the locals here, and the people in the program that are staying here. I mean it is sad....but at the same time I cannot fucking wait for Rome! It is going to be amazing. I really am excited that we finally get to have more than one place to go at night, haha, I mean San Marco is nice, but at the same time discoteca's are going to be amazing. Tomorrow, my roommates and the other student from LdM are invited to a locals (Stefano's) birthday. Our cooking teacher is cooking dinner, and we get unlimited drinks all for 20 euro. So, basically it's a steal. For some reason, I got really homesick this week, but it was really good, because I got to skype with my family 2 times so that helped a lot. (p.s. my skype name is donnymiller22 add me) Well, I cannot think of anything to add besides I miss you guys and cannot wait to talk/see you guys again. Love you
Ciao!!
Donny
